Great company reliable staff and amazing customer service would highly recommend them
Repair person came on Monday, to look at my 4 year old dryer, stated what was wrong, and said he would be back to us that day or in the morning. It took 4 days, as we had to call himm back. He then said that the part was no longer manufactured, (NOT TRUE!) and that I should buy a new $1,500 dryer! I called another company, Mr. Appliance, they overnighted the part and it will be installed tomorrow. Shame on you Cooper.
