The absolute most horrible and backwards company I have ever called in my entire life. The girl who answered the phone is absolutely horrible at her job then I get transferred to another person who tells me we don't check your insurance we can't tell you how much we're going to charge you you'll just get a bill in a week and a half to two weeks. Who the hell does business like that. These people are criminals hiring low rent employees. This place needs to be investigated.

Was told at 7am my 720 appt. was Canceled upon my arrival after fasting the night before and 35 minute drive in traffic because the nuclear stress test machine is broken.......

Horrible office horrible experience. Your office never asked for insurance verification upon a first visit. Insurance was uploaded to your app after first bill was received in app. You have never processed this claim through insurance which you have in your app. This bill has been sent to collections. I go to the local office I am told no one does billing I need to call. I sit on hold for 1.5 hours to be hung up by your system. I call back someone answers and tells me I can leave a message and expect a return call in 1-2 bus... read more

I have to say that nurses and technicians were awesome, very profesional, comprehensive and dedicated. They were attending not only me, but all patients with so much care and dedication. I was informed about the procedures that I was going thru but they were not limited only to that, they even gave me snacks, coffee and a blanket because I was hungry and cold. They were always wearing their masks and kept people aparts to avoid contamination. Institute was very clean.
