I wouldn't call this company again. Honestly, we called him almost on the weekend when we were desperate to get a refill of our refrigerant, and we definitely got price gouged. We didn't even think it through until after we paid. Service call was normal price, but he charged over 2x what others had quoted me per pound of the refrigerant. Sad experience. We won't use again. Please be more honest, and do better.
Horrible service was supposed to be at my parents houses Monday and didn’t show. They called us on Tuesday and said they would be here at 10:00 then never showed up. Here it Wednesday they called and said they would be here in ten minutes still hasn’t showed up
All the other businesses in town would not answer their phone. The technician was very professional. After trouble shooting the unit. He gave me two reasonable options and we went with the most cost effective yet reliable option. Highly recommend you give these guys a try.
Michael came to my house and inspected my unit and let me know exactly what I needed, he was very professional and let me know what he was doing to fix my issue. I know exactly where I'm going when it's time for a replacement
