I cannot rave enough about Charlene. I took a SUP lesson at her pond yesterday and I had the BEST time. Charlene really knows her stuff. It was my first time and I’m already confident for my SUP adventures. The pond is clean and the equipment is top notch. I definitely will be going back. Thanks so much Charlene.

Outdoor Aqua Fit in an 86 degree infinity pool, snowflakes falling all around in a picturesque country setting … and instructor, Nicole, is SO motivating, fun and encouraging !! The best part?? Celebrating our accomplishment in the outdoor hot tub after!!! COOP is definitely a hidden gem.. come give it a try Saturday mornings @ 10:30am!!!
