I just want to say thank you for your classes. I have never regularly exercised and don’t know any muscles in my body but I love coming to your classes. It’s the first time in my life that I feel great and want to keep coming back. Thank you for your encouragement and guidance as I feel so awkward during the class. I’m so glad I found your business!
Great Aquafit class today at the Coop with Charlene. Beautiful country setting with the snow surrounding the pool and wonderful sunshine. Charlene is an excellent instructor as she works to get your rate up and customizes exercises to target abs, biceps, hip flexors etc. I always leave feeling those muscles we focused on - a good ache. I thought during the class it is like doing a workout in a hot tub as the pool is very warm. After class I spent some time in the sauna. Great morning.
So glad I joined the Coop ! Aqua Fit has been wonderful, especially for my shoulders. After dislocating my shoulder in Spring of 2024, and after loads of Physio….my shoulders are feeling awesome after just 3 months of Aqua Fit. I love the classes, the instructor, and of course the results! And beside it’s FUN ! Especially for good Su!
My 5 year old son took swimming lessons this summer at COOP and I couldn’t be happier with the progress he made! He has attended many other lessons and this is by far the furthest he has come! 100% would recommend to others!
Had the absolute best time! Aqua fit was not only so much fun but an amazing workout! You have to go check this place out!! I’ll definitely be back with my aunt!!
