Great customer service! The staff at the Coontail in Boulder Junction was incredibly friendly and the rental prices were very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get outside in the Northwoods.

We have made Coontail a "must visit" stop whenever we vacation in the Minocqua area. The customer service is exceptional. Plus, we have always found a high quality item, or two, that turned into a need instead of a want. A raincoat purchase, on our last visit, is a fine example of this. I have already gotten my dollars worth of use out of my new waterproof rain coat. My husband has too! Love it ☔😉!!

A friend and I were 30 miles into a 55 miles bike ride yesterday and it was so rainy and cold and miserable we stopped at Coontail in Boulder Junction looking for dry socks. We left with a great deal on brand new waterproof boots and fantastic smart wool socks for winter. The saleswomen was kind and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. We never would have been able to finish the ride without her. I will go out of my way to shop here again!
