A great place to get your ride fixed. Very reliable and professional group of people.
This place is amazing! I’m not from Jena and had my tie rod end go out in my car and had to make a hour and a half drive back home. All the shops were closed and I’m pretty sure they weren’t even open but were willing to help me! They told me what was wrong, aired up my tires and checked my engine. If your looking for a shop with good people this is the place!
Very rude people! Never smiled. Had signs up that said you would get a discount if paying with cash. We payed cash and they said those signs did not pertain to us. We payed $570. Went to pick up car and battery was dead. It had a brand new battery fully charged. I told them then that it still had a short in it. He said it sat for a while. 5 to 6 days at most. Down to earth, friendly, legitimate business men. And I was blessed!
The mechanics were good to talk to but it was a pain trying to get 2 tires; waited 3 days on 2 tires. Then, the balance machine is broke. Apparently, it’s broke a lot.
