Took my Explorer to get a mirror replaced on the driver side and they put the wrong mirror on so the safety systems aren't working. When I called to ask if he would fix it he said he'd call me back and never called back. This was months ago I'm still dealing with the wrong mirror.
I took my vehicle in for some auto body work. After a 3, the tree branch fell and destroyed the front end. It took a while to get my truck back due to the shipment of parts needed. I was ecstatic to get my truck back, but the next day as I was climbing in there were grease marks on the inside of my truck. On the upholstery, I believe they should at least wash their hands if not wear gloves, if they're climbing in and out of the truck, so they're not leaving grease prints. On the inside.
Exceptional! Kindly took care of my problem when managing their own after the tornado. Very grateful!
