Mr. & Mrs. Cooney are very nice people. They are very kind, courteous and professional. The quality of the materials they sell is excellent. I had my floor put in 3 years ago and I love it. My problem is the person who installed it. The man was kind of stand-offish. He asked me if I wanted a flat trim and I told him No! It appeared that he had it in his truck for a very long time.
