Called in to get some help with a reload & after explaining the issue we agreed it should be no problem. Unfortunately they had us prepay for the service & due to a bad situation & desperation we agreed. After the truck got there, they denied the work after taking a look & seeing the situation first hand. That was a pain but no problem, we found another company. I cannot begin to express my utter disappointment and frustration with Ann @ Cooney Transit. In what was supposed to be a straightforward business transaction, I found myself subjected to nothing short of a scam. I had a load that had shifted. With the receiver being in Kingston, I needed to find a place to rework close by. I called Cooney Transit to see if they would be able to help.
