This experience was far from what I expect from a medical practice, I would not return here again. I would rate them zero stars if that were an option. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. The nurse came to take my obs at 9:20 AM, informing me that the doctor was running late but assuring me I would be seen first. Don’t waste your time with this place Constantly cancelling and changing your appointments, including rescheduling you with another dr without calling you first. They recall you for results when there is nothing to discuss and the management says they are entitled to make money anyway they can and if you don’t like it go somewhere else when you bring it up to them. Staff were polite, fast and efficient. Infet quite comfortable and feel Dr Penenueva went over and above to help me.
They always have an appointment when I need one. Big open space surgery. Great location. Bulk Billed which is hard to find these days!
