02/04/2026 booked car in for a service stated I will be waiting on site. When I went in for my slotted time which was 7.30am the young woman who checked me in was so rude! Didn't bother to show me the waiting room just pointed to where I needed to go. I questioned the price she was rude to be about that as well. My service has always been completed in a timely manner and under the time stated for pick up. Excellent time management skills within the service department, I am grateful of this as both my Hyundais are business cars. Coomera Hyundai are fantastic.
