Sold me a Colorado with a bolt missing in the brake calliper that was making obvious squeaks. I took it to a mechanic who simply took the wheel off and spotted the problem. Told Joe and he said it passed the road worthy requirements and that I should have brought the problem back to him. $400 to fix just a month and a half after buying. No accountability and no effort to remedy his mistake.
Quite rude, not at all professional or personable! They state “trade-ins” welcome but without hesitation stated that they weren’t interested in my trade-in! As a car yard, you’d expect that they’d at least entertain and discuss reasonable offers, but I was told “price is firm”! And when I asked about my mechanic checking it out, I was told only on-site inspections allowed… which makes it near-impossible as they’re so far away and most reputable mechanics can’t/won’t spend hours inspecting a vehicle!
Joe was so very helpful with helping us in purchasing the car. We really can’t praise him enough with everything he has done, all the advice and tools given to looking after the car were awesome! Would highly recommend.
