Clayton is the best! He gave me detailed options so I could make the best decision. He also helped me secure the property and installed/loaned a security system when I was still figuring out what to do with the property. He has worked with me on making sure that any personal items left I was able to obtain.
Needed to sell my house fast after a divorce. Coombs gave me a fair offer and showed me the difference between selling cash or selling the traditional way. Process was fast and he gave me time to move out too after the sale since things went really fast. Would recommend 100% of the time if you need to sell quick.
