Excellent service when buying a used Mini. Ben was patient and helpful while I was deciding whether a Mini was the right car for me. After sales service has been excellent and an issue I had with my new (to me) car was rectified quickly. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will definitely return for my next car, although I expect that to be quite some years in the future as I'm very happy with my car.
Had a test drive of a Mini Clubman yesterday and the sales team there were all fantastic. I have had many experiences with car sales people where you feel pressured and "led" down a path that suits the dealer. This was a great experience with no pressure we decided that this wasn't the vehicle for us but would have no hesitation going back to them in the future
Service top notch and informed of everything about my Mini. Customer service spot on.
Disappointing service and communication overall. Felt they did not deliver what contracted for. Below what one would expect for BMW brand. Nice receptionist.
