I’m midway through my orthodontic treatment at Coombe Orthodontics Wahroonga and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Dr. Natalie Dumer and the team. The progress my teeth have made so far is incredible, and I’m really excited to see the final results. Dr. Dumer is not only kind and personable but also incredibly efficient. reception is not helpful at all
Extremely poor experience at this place. I was told that my retainers got lost in the mail (which seems to be a concerningly common occurrence at this place having read other reviews), and because they already had me pay for them, I had no choice but to go back and redo the mold so I could get a new set. I live 50 mins away and have to take time off work to attend these appointments. The reception staff took no accountability and had no answer when I asked why they don’t use postage with tracking numbers. Anyway, I go to the... read more
