We were looking for a Land Cruiser Prado in frosted white, in our home town , Sydney Toyota said “sorry mate you’ll have to wait 4 months” Cooma said we can do that for you next week, And true to their word it arrived on time , Huge shout out to Nicole for making it happen keeping us informed along the way . Mitch did the delivery and to his credit there is not much he doesn’t know about the car and presented immaculate. It was a professional experience and a pleasure dealing with a great team Thanks Cooma Toyota 😁

I was looking for a plug for the fuel pump on my old hilux, which I thought might be very difficult to find. Ben at the spare parts desk was extremely helpful, he informed me that they aren’t able to source those old parts but he asked one of the mechanics if they would be able to fix the old plug. The young mechanic was able to fix it and got me out of a serious problem. Much appreciation to the staff of Cooma Toyota. Can’t speak highly enough of this dealer — Jufil the Sales manager and Albert are genuinely honest, knowledgeable, and take real pride in looking after the vehicles. Best Toyota service I’ve ever experienced! I was towing a van from Brisbane for a short ski trip to Thredbo when my turbo started making a strange noise. I popped into the Toyota dealership in Cooma, and even though they were fully booked until mid-July, they still managed to squeeze my vehicle in. The team spent the whole afternoon diagnosing and fixing the issue. Five-star service and five-star people. Thank you so much!
