Shabby rooms overpriced by a lot some unpleasant staff much better rooms for 1/2 the price nearby
We only stayed 1 night to visit family in Cooma. The room was a good size. Had a microwave, tea/coffee/biscuits & fridge with real milk. Bed was comfortable. Used the air conditioner to warm the room. Soft bath towels. Very clean. Had soaps/hair wash on the pump which I like. Carpeted & quiet. Easy checkout. Key drop. Hotel is walking distance to the cafes & restaurants. In town.
Great after hours check in service . Rooms great and close to good convenient food options.
