This is NOT a hospital it’s a jail!! I received the worst possible treatment felt like no one deserves this! As I asked for help I never got it instead I was treated like I don’t belong here in this world no one didn’t care or listen as I have been dealing with trauma as I live with BPD and PTSD and being here had set off so many triggers which made the situation worse. My partners father is ment to have surgery for his eye and keeps getting delayed I wouldn't recommend Cooma hospital or Doctors to anyone
Took my daughter to Cooma Hospital with a suspected broken arm. Awesome service. Staff were increadibly kind and caring and everything was so quick and efficient. We were in and out in 1 hour - triage, xray, temporary cast fitted after doctors consult and a medical certificate!!! Well done Cooma ED
Ive never ever been treated so poorly at a hospital. The doctors and some nurses are dismissive and extremely rude. Ended up walking out because the lack of care and disgusting comments made by staff members.
I’ve been to Cooma Hospital twice now for routine day surgery, and each time has been a great experience. Let’s be honest—what really makes a hospital “good” is the staff, and here they’re absolutely brilliant. Everyone is super friendly, from the nurses to the anaesthetic team. They greet you with smiles, crack jokes, have light chats, and genuinely make you feel at ease.
