Took my daughter to Cooma Hospital with a suspected broken arm. Awesome service. Staff were increadibly kind and caring and everything was so quick and efficient. We were in and out in 1 hour - triage, xray, temporary cast fitted after doctors consult and a medical certificate!!! Well done Cooma ED
Ive never ever been treated so poorly at a hospital. The doctors and some nurses are dismissive and extremely rude. Ended up walking out because the lack of care and disgusting comments made by staff members.
I’ve been to Cooma Hospital twice now for routine day surgery, and each time has been a great experience. Let’s be honest—what really makes a hospital “good” is the staff, and here they’re absolutely brilliant. Everyone is super friendly, from the nurses to the anaesthetic team. They greet you with smiles, crack jokes, have light chats, and genuinely make you feel at ease. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not long to wait when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Generous in providing painkillers and antibiotics for first couple of days for a knee infection.
