Absolutely beautiful and clean rooms. Location was wonderful and close to town but also very quiet area as well. We were lucky enough to receive a lovely upgrade on our recent stay. Service was exceptional and Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The room was very well kept and clean, and the mattress was very comfy. The lady at reception was super lovely and a pleasure to talk to. A wonderful place to stop over in Cooma.

I booked this motel in error and contacted them to request a refund after explaining how badly I messed up the booking due to the venue I am visiting having the same name as this town, I have totally owned my mistake. As a small business owner myself, I would absolutely refund for a service that has not been provided, instead I was met with a very curt response saying no refunds and told that they do not have a complaints procedure. exceptional service - clean rooms with lots of amenities. only concern is that walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around you.
