I worked with Tom and the guy at cool works many times both privately and for business projects. Each time the installs and work done has been exactly what we were looking for and all carried out on time and in budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Coolworks again in the future.
At just the wrong time, my air conditioning unit has failed. Understanding that he must be very busy, Tom arranged a visit as soon as possible. Extremely polite and helpful, he diagnosed very quickly the issue and will investigate the best way to solve it. I would heartily recommend him to anyone requiring his services.
