Punctual , knowledgeable, friendly, did a good job, glad I did it.
Great experience with Tom right from the initial quote, through to booking an installation date and finally the install itself. As part of the quote process, Tom spent some time with us working out the best routing for the aircon connections across our loft to ensure that the outside unit had as little impact as possible. On the day, he turned up exactly as expected and made sure the install was perfect before showing us how everything worked. Thanks Tom, we'll be back in future to add more :-)
Tom & Glyn were very polite, chatty & installed my Air Con with no problems, they cleaned up their mess too. I can honestly say i highly recommend having Air Con put in, it's made such a big difference. Thank you guys. ☺️
I had my air conditioning installed by Tom and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was done efficiently and to a high standard, with everything left clean and tidy afterwards. The system works perfectly. Great communication throughout. I would definitely recommend Tom!
Just had 2 AC units installed by Tom at Coolworks, one in our kitchen/diner (see pic) and one in our bedroom. Absolutely first class installation at a sensible price. No mess. Would highly recommend. Buy local!
