My recent experience with CoolVu was unfortunately not positive. What we asked for upfront and what we actually received was completely different. My biggest complaint is the arrogance of the Owner of this company and how he responded to me via text messages. Despite being promised one thing with our window tinting for our sliding glass door, we were provided with an inferior product to address our specific needs that were clearly made known prior to the company prior to installation.
