Worked with Jennifer and was pleased until the day of installation. Appointment was for 10 am. She text saying 9:30 to 10 am. Tech finally showed up at noon. He said he told Jennifer immediately when she scheduled that he would not be able to do that time and to change it to noon. She did not. All text reminders say 10 am. Total waste of time waiting around getting more and more angry with no calls, no response. Not sure if it was the tech who didn't let her know or if she didn't change the appointment time. Great quality and swift service! I had ceramic tint installed on my living room sliding glass doors because that area of my house was a hit box from 2:00p - 6:00p everyday, which made cooking dinner almost unbearable. With this product on my sliding glass doors, i no longer have that issue. It’s noticeably much cooler! Highly recommend!
