I paid top dollar thinking I’d get a high-quality tint job, but what I got looked like it was done by an amateur. The edges aren’t cut cleanly, and the tint shade is way darker than I asked for. When I brought it up, they told me “it would lighten over time.” It hasn’t. Totally disappointed.

I regret choosing this place for my car’s window tinting. Within a week, bubbles started appearing on all the windows, and the tint is already starting to peel. I went back to get it fixed, but they said it wasn’t covered under their “limited” warranty. Terrible service and even worse quality. Stay away!

The employees were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. They acted like they were doing me a favor. On top of that, they left fingerprints and streaks all over my windows, and the tint job was uneven. I expected professional work, but this was a complete mess.

The staff at CoolVu are so professional and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable. They do a fast and quality job. Definitely will be using again!!
