Cool Vu was absolutely unbelievable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly—what was truly necessary, what was simply a preference, and never once made me feel pressured. They walked me through all of my pricing options, laid out a realistic timeline, and communicated every step of the process. It’s rare to find a company that’s this knowledgeable, transparent, and customer-focused. They made what could have been a stressful project feel simple and straightforward. They did an awesome job and were very professional. I will definitely use them again & again!
Had an amazing experience with CoolVu and the Josh's! They cared a lot about the install and product quality. Communicated every step of the way. AND they were extremely flexible. 10/10!!
This was our first time using CoolVu as the company that we were using before is no longer in business. I was extremely impressed with both owners, one which came out for the quote the other who did the installation. They communicated very well and were very professional. We love the results and will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.
Really outstanding job by this company. Impressed with the prompt nature of the estimate as well as the clear communication. Didn't feel like they were just selling but being honest as I had a couple of options I was considering. Install went flawless, they were highly professional and friendly. The look and quality are outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Made my office look alot better!
