Signed up for a two-week free trial but was charged the next day. I never even attended during that period, as I was injured at the free session beforehand. Michael said he’d refund me but never did and stopped replying to emails. Disappointing experience.
I joined on a local membership and gave two weeks’ notice to cancel before the next renewal, completely by the book, even sent proof of my living locally after he claimed I should be on the 4x more expensive casual weekly pass. My access was cut off immediately even though I had already paid through to the end of the month, and my follow-up emails were ignored. The gym itself is basic. I absolutely love the functional classes at The Hub! The workouts are always different, challenging, and so much fun. The coaches are super motivating and the vibe with everyone is awesome, it’s honestly the best part of my week!
