Found this little gem of a facility while holidaying on the Sunshine coast. It's got a great mix of machines, free weights and dumbbells plus functional fitness/cardio equipment. That combined with the fact the membership all seems friendly and knowledgeable made for a great place to train, if I lived in the area it would definitely be my go to gym. Day pass cost is reasonable at $15, although the desk might not always be manned for entry. Remember to bring a towel!
The best gym between Maroochydore and Noosa. I'd be out of options if this place wasn't in the area.
It's an awesome facility with a great community vibe. I've never been in a gym like this, as it has an awesome open layout with 5 different training areas. I’m training for Hyrox and they are 100% equipped. Also, all the trainers have a good vibe along with a real variety of coaches specializing in different areas. I love this place 🔥

I had a disappointing experience at this gym when a personal trainer, David, yelled at me for using a certain area, which left me feeling threatened and intimidated. When I brought this up with management, I was told the behavior was excused because the trainer was “pumped up.” I found this response unacceptable and was not impressed with how the situation was handled. Cancelled my membership shortly after this experience. Would not recommend this gym.
