Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong location and realised almost immediately. I cancelled the booking within 3 minutes of making it. The listing stated a 24-hour cancellation policy, however I was advised I was 7 minutes over the 24 hours and therefore was not entitled to any refund — not even a partial refund or credit toward another available stay.
