Super impressed with our room number 17. We paid a really good rate and so we were keeping our expectations reasonable. What a pleasant surprise! Newly renovated, clean, and very comfortable.
I really wish this place had done better because the hosts Jess and Hamish were very easy to deal with. Sadly the place has some issues. Yes it's 3 star accomodation and not 5 star but still to give 4 adults just one small bath towel each and only 1 face towel and 1 small hand towel between them all, is pretty terrible. Great location! Easy access to most of Coolum Beach. Our room was not quite as advertised, but that’s probably Booking.com’s error not the resorts. However, only 4 towels for 4 adults and only 1 hand towel and 1 flannel. Surely we can do better than that? But then again our hosts (not that we ever saw them) did help out with a shoe emergency. So I’m conflicted with this review. I so wanted it to be perfect but just can’t get there.
Great stay, we were there for 5 nights. Close to everything. Lovely owners. Be back again Virginia
