Having stayed at other resorts around Coolum, we were shocked that this had no elevators, but rather exposed steep staircase, which was flooding and slippery. This was a hundred times worse because we had a toddler and indicated this in our booking. Imagine, carrying a toddler and bags all the way up to the top level on one of the wettest weekends! This is something that should have been made known to us prior to booking the room, or even when they called us the day before to check what time we would be arriving. The room we... read more
