Unfortunately due to the conduct of a member of the admin team it was necessary to remove the earlier positive review. I suggest using the sister practice in Peregian Springs for any non doctor customer facing interactions, or use the online booking services..
The staff here were so caring and accommodating to my family when we became unwell on holidays particularly Tyler on the front desk. Appointments were arranged for 3 of us during weekend hours. Excellent care and advice received from Doctors.
After coming to 7 Day Doctors for over 20 years with my whole family and extended family also being patients here, I will not be coming back. I’ve been very loyal in trusting the services and doctors here after they saved my son’s life several years ago when he had a life threatening seizure, but sadly I cannot continue to accept the poor administrative systems in place here.
