Had the CoolTimes guys out for check up on system which is nearly 10 years old. Technician was really thorough and helpful with tips that I wasn't aware of with the ducted system. Recommend them

The team provided a very competitive price, the install was seamless, and the admin side was clear and easy to manage. I was really impressed with the level of service and would absolutely recommend Cool Times to anyone looking to install air conditioning.
On time, good communication, polite and well organised. When through my ducted air system, then explain how it worked, rang his boss to check As had to confirm as was a new system, explain the maintenance required and what I could do to reduce cost. Ask before he carried out any extra long term precautions to reduce maintenance.

I had a 24kw Dakin system fitted by these guys. The price was good and i could not fault the service. I had a small issue a week later and they responded same day and resolved the problem. If only all my experiences with trades were this good. I highly recommend them.
