Had previously called another company but they were unprofessional and unresponsive. Contacted Cooltime Services and they arrived promptly and professionally. They got my mini split in my garage working instantly. Will definitely recommend them in the Richmond/Rosenberg/Sugar Land area
My outside compressor went out last night. After talking to numerous companies and reading reviews we decided on Cooltime and so glad we did! The other companies seemed more interested in selling me a maintenance package than they did getting my ac up and running. Made an appointment for 9am and Chase and Shon were promptly here at 9. I came home to a warm house on a hot June day. I went to check some of the electrical to make sure nothing was wrong. Once I realized my condenser wasn't running at all I started calling around to multiple companies. Red was the first to pick up the phone and talk to me.
