Had coolsculpting done here years ago, chin is still uneven after the procedure as she had left me alone in the room for more then half an hour at a time and the suction cup popped off a few times. Went to revisit asking her why it’s off now and she refused to believe that the procedure was done incorrectly. Seems like there’s nerve damage as my muscles tighten unevenly and there’s more fat on my left than my right. Now I’m at a clinic trying to figure out how to correct it, still being mad at this clinic.

Just had Cool Sculpting performed at The Derm in Glenview. Didn't really know what to expect but they put my mind at ease. The doctor and staff were all superb from start to finish. Although the office was busy they treated me like I was the only one there. The treatment was a snap - I sat in a comfy chair and sent about a thousand text messages and emails...the entire process was seamless. Would recommend them without hesitation.
