The service was completed as described. The formalities were lacking such as no welcome to our salon with a smile, no tour, no showing where the rest room was, no explanation of the service to be provided, no thanking me for my business, no asking me to rebook, no asking for referrals, no asking how my service was or if I was satisfied.
