Can you please understand I have never stepped foot in this establishment. But hear me out. I purchase a vehicle from another person whose service was provided by Cools Auto repair. He put a battery in this vehicle and October of 2023. I purchased the vehicle in February of 2024. The first cold snap in the battery died. Knowing that this battery had been recently replaced I contact the local Napa as that is the brand name on the battery. Napa tells me this battery was sold to cools in 2019.
