I came home to find these people where working next door as last night was bin night they decided to use My Bin all though only a small amount they had to walk past the owners bin and there ute it that is the standoff sloppiness and slimy way that they operate what are they doing in the roof cavity when the owners aren’t looking This is a excellent way to start neighbours arguing and loosing future business as this will be spoken off at every opportunity in the months ahead

Used Coolrite to upgrade our control panel to an izone and they couldn’t get it up and running. Multiple visits with no luck- left without air conditioning for around 2 weeks- technicians kept coming out trying different things with no luck. Could not connect to WiFi- it was not a router issue but the techs had the Ethernet cable in the wrong slot and mixed up 2 sensors.
