Simon was nothing but professional throughout the entire process from quoting to me requesting additional things after the job was complete! The service he provided was fantastic, and I am not an easy customer (fussy nurse who just wants to be comfortable at home!) I cannot fault anything. Love our new ducted air con system. Highly recommend
Simon was great! Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Got all our issues sorted quickly, and heating restored for winter. Highly recommend Coolrite!
Simon was absolutely brilliant. He is professional, takes time to discuss options so you can make the best decision, he provides excellent service from start to finish, tidy and respectful of property. He added 4 new ac units for us last year and just replaced our old unit. Highly recommend. Excellent price point and manner.
I highly recommend Simon, he was economical, professional and efficient. He provided different options so we could choose within our budget. We are very happy with the new a/c.
