I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for any company before but after receiving the abysmal service from Greg and Cool Ref, I have no choice. It took Greg 4 months to finally install the AC despite biweekly calls and texts. When the system was finally inserted (which also took 4 working days more than expected), the AC stopped working. Had 2 aircon units installed in my house.Although units are still under warranty but annual servicing is required.Emails and calls are going unanswered. Will have to go elsewhere now.
CoolRef has repeatedly made appointments to install an air conditioner and each time has not shown up. There has been lousy communications and repeated lies about their services. They installed another AC two years ago and it has never worked well. When they sent out "engineers" to service it the work was almost laughable as they stood around and looked at the AC charging me for just looking at the unit. *AVOID COOLREF AT ALL COSTS* I had a Daikin air conditioning unit installed by CoolRef towards the end of last summer. The unit is now completely non-operational, and CoolRef's customer service has been appalling. I was initially given DIY troubleshooting steps, which didn't resolve the issue. I was then told an engineer would be sent out, but after waiting over two weeks, I've received no further communication.
