*AVOID COOLREF AT ALL COSTS* I had a Daikin air conditioning unit installed by CoolRef towards the end of last summer. The unit is now completely non-operational, and CoolRef's customer service has been appalling. I was initially given DIY troubleshooting steps, which didn't resolve the issue. I was then told an engineer would be sent out, but after waiting over two weeks, I've received no further communication. Great company offering AC services. They helped install and also provide servicing services. Easy and great service.
To be clear, I did not use their service as they cancelled *on the day* just an hour before our appointment. Getting an email response from Greg was impossible, 5/6 of my emails went unanswered, I always had to call several times to ask for an answer and still didn't work. I booked my nanny to make sure I could be home for the air con service and Greg finally returned my calls an hour before the service (after not answering my calls that morning), to tell me he had booked another job and we had to re-schedule, as he wouldn't... read more
