If I could give zero Stars I would! Sent my Mom's van in to have the motor looked at. It was running terribly rough. They redid the brakes, put a master cylinder in and motor mounts.... We got the van back running the exact same. A week later we take it back in and they tell me it's a blown head gasket and would be cheaper to buy another vehicle. Do not use this company. Absolutely the worst experience with it their mobile guy Mike may be a good dude. But I spent good money here and they damaged outside of the scope that they were hired to do. Also I only chose this place due to the assumption they would recover the freon and find out upon arrival of mobile after I had stopped a previous plan to get freon recovered due to this possible convience. Only find that was not true and gassed off the freon. Highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost big thumbs down
I came in for a a/c issue and oil leak we picked it up and it started smoking out of the hood when we took it back they decided to find 3 more leaks horrible mechanics do not go here unless you want to give your money away and get nothing in return very dishonest tried to say there was a miscommunication between some of the workers but as you can see from other reviews it happens quite often there isn’t a miscommunication they just lie own up to your mistake.
I used to refer a lot of people to these guys but the customer service has just gotten worse and worse over the years!
Ordered parts that are not needed. Slow for business always trying to up sell to customers. Say there super busy but there not. Way better shops around. Do some looking and price checking.
