After calling every supposed 24/7 HVAC contractor’s number in the phonebook at 2:00am when the furnace in our new-to-us house quit (-30 outside), and nobody picking up, I was relieved when Scott picked up the phone and was at our house within 15min. Scott initially looked at our furnace, that has been pretty much a lemon for the time that we have lived here - which is over 15 years, where this time the PCB board looked as if it needed to be replaced. Scott gave me a number of alternative solutions but I decided, enough is enough, and we had the 18-year-old furnace replaced under the Manitoba Hydro program.
