Great place to work out and do group classes. PT Matt Stallman is a fabulous trainer. He covers all aspects of your fitness journey, from the nutrition, the technique of all aspects of the physical workouts and the taking care of your body to keep as active as possible and reach your goals
This gym is a community of fitness and fun. I was welcomed and felt comfortable from the very first day. I enjoy the classes and trainers are motivating and friendly. Matt’s group PT sessions are next level, a must for technique, fitness goals and overall strength.
Cooloola Fitness is more than just classes and equipment – it’s a community that supports and encourages you no matter what stage you're at on your fitness journey. Matt’s knowledge is next level and he genuinely cares about your progress and wellbeing. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough!
