Extremely disappointed with Cooloola Coast Realty. We booked a holiday property months in advance, paid in full, and were never told it was for sale. Then, less than four weeks before Christmas peak season, they cancelled our booking because the property had sold. Their “solution” was to offer us a different property on completely different dates for an extra $1,200 — on top of what we’d already paid. Completely unreasonable.
