We recently had a Holiday Rental, we stayed at Geckos Rest. It was excellent, definitely looking forward to stay there again.
We cannot recommend Dee White, Leanne Bosse, Debra Mason and the team at Cooloola Coast Realty highly enough. Our family has known Leanne for many years and she has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. In rainbow beach staying at a unit accommodation and found rubbish and dead cocrouches under the beds would highly not recommend them for holiday accommodation very poor clean would not considerit clean at all baden unit 29
Deb is a terrible agent, used her as a property manager foe the better part of 3 years. Impossible to contact even through the office. Ran decoys such as giving the wrong keys to the sales agent when I was trying to sell the property. I have spoken to others in the industry who know her or have dealt with her and it is similar feedback. Does not assist you even though she is employed by you. Use at your own risk.
Cooloola Coast Realty has been managing my property in Rainbow Beach for 18+ years so it is little wonder I entrusted them with the job of selling it for me. No sooner had I told Dee that I was intending to sell than it was sold. It was so quick and relatively easy as I was overseas when it actually settled. Dee is a trusted agent and knows the market extremely well. She is unflustered and always very pleasant to deal with. I recommend Dee and Cooloola Coast Realty if you are looking to sell or buy in Rainbow Beach.
