Just had Rod from Coolmist come and service my patio misting system. Did an excellent job and was a real gentleman who explained what he was doing. I am so glad I had this system installed a few years ago and it is the best investment I made for my patio. The plants love it. Right from when I rang and spoke to, I think, Rebecca, I was made to feel as though I mattered and their prompt, friendly service from Rod made the whole experience so easy.
Kim is very personable & explained the difference in their systems compared to the cheaper kits on the market. We decided not to take any short cuts after understanding the typical problems cheaper systems can be prone to. They installed the system on time and follow up is excellent 👍
Kim and Rebecca are amazing with old school customer service and massive knowledge on their products. They bent over backwards to get my misting system supplied and installed before Christmas. Super happy with the quality of products and the service. Don’t settle for anything less these guys will do anything to help you out.
