Had Coolmech replace my old a/c that had stopped working. The job was was completed two days after I gave the go-ahead eventhough it was their busy period. Fortunately they sent Brendon to do the job (3rd time he’s been here). Brendon is a gun tradesman, fussy about doing the perfect job and a great bloke to boot! Thanks Coolmech and special thanks to Brendon!
We made an appointment with Coolmech They pushed out the appointment time due to “other urgent calls” and then the next time they simply cancelled leaving us high and dry after we had patiently waited over three weeks! Very disappointed that they only seem interested in the big expensive jobs and have no time available for the little guys even though we wait our turn Won’t be recommending these guys ever! If they couldnt fit us in why waste our precious time, now we are on another waiting list!
I used Coolmech services to supply and install a new ac system to replace an old non working one. From first contact, to the job being finished, I can honestly say that Coolmech were professional, friendly, polite and proficient. The job wasn't a straight forward usual replacement but was a bit more tricky and awkward. This was not a problem for them and they went the extra mile to make me happy with their work.
