I have had Matt come to fix & service my aircon a couple of times. The first time I had quite a major drip-leak happening in the living room. I was so impressed with Matt's investigation of the cause. He dismantled the unit & investigated, but the cause was indeterminate & so he suggested a new drip tray if the problem returned, as that may have a hairline fracture we can't see. He was knowledgable, thorough, & I am really happy with Coolman's work & wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Matt!
