Great lively and welcoming company, it's been quite blast.
By the moment I walked through the door I could see how unorganized and cluttered things were. If I could I would give this place a zero rating. Staff is unhelpful and hard to reach out to. The owner doesn't want to hire anyone ive seen 3 people work the entire shop programming while running machines, deburring, inspection, and assembly. I've heard the owner complain about product not getting shipped out on time (I wonder why) but doesn't seem to see the issue lies with poor management and an absent leader.
