Omar is amazing! I called at 9am and he was here by 2pm, right on time for the time window estimate. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in less than 30 minutes for a great value. Their service fee was reasonable and he was transparent about how much life my current unit has left, and quoted me a much lower price for a new unit than I’d gotten from several other companies. Really appreciated Omar’s speed, expertise and honesty! Glad to recommend Omar and cooling providers and use them again.

I got financed with them through Wisetack and a year later I'm still waiting for the contract to be fulfilled. Omar Enrique stopped answering. I don't understand why it's so difficult to fulfill a simple job
