I certainly do NOT recommend dealing with this company. I have had a very disappointing experience when the double glazing panels they fabricated failed after installation. 5 panels began to fog up & condense inside the cavity of the panel. The replacement panels, supplied in exchange have also failed! The company did not compensate for the labour costs involved in replacing the panels, which were extremely costly as scaffolding was required. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Quote was approved and payment made of invoice to produce 3 mirrors. On this invoice delivery date was stated as 7 days proceeding. Upon reaching this 7 day period I continually called each and every day to gain a delivery date as the installation of these mirrors was critical and holding up the job. I was told each day I would get a return call with an update as they were at the painters. Not once did I receive a return call. A week later was then told th... read more
