Cinch home warranty sent a hvac company to repair my furnace and they couldn't figure it out after 2 days of troubleshooting. Cinch reassigned it to cool heatings and Chris came out the next day. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Chris and am grateful for the help. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
