Called and arranged an appointment to discuss needs in home and Mark visited and chatted me through requirements. We are delighted with the whole installation process- no mess, no redecorating required and all 4 staff members who were working to install were polite, friendly and as unobtrusive as possible. Can’t believe how easy it was and how effective and quiet the units are. Thank you!

I phoned Coolheat Services & was offered an appointment promptly by Mark who explained options & suitability. I was well informed to make my decision & without hesitation booked for 2 air conditioning units in my bedrooms. Mark & his team guided me through the process of installation & carried out a 5 star job. The installers were polite, professional & clean. We had a complete tutorial of the remote controls & a/c units. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company 5
