I come here all the time so this is more constructive than negative but on multiple occasions the doors have been locked during the day. Not sure if the staff is at lunch or something but the store hours say 10-9 or 11-9 and should probably be open during those hours, if not..there should probably be a sign on the door or updated on the website. People only have a certain amount of time for lunch and have to find another option.
They are always nice and respectful. Always quick even with long lines. And the food is amazing. One of my favorite places to go.
Love the Cobb salad! First time here and plan on returning in the future!
