I live in CA, 3000 miles away. I found Coolflo on the internet. Honestly, I chose them because the estimate was free, however, after talking to Luis, I felt i reached the right company and lucked out. Luis went out and found my tenant had a handicapped son and the house was 88degrees. He gave me the best quotation, drove an hour and a half to pick up the part and fixed the ac so the little boy would have a cool house. I cannot say good enough about Luis and my experience. There are still some good people in the world.

Luis is definitely my go to guy for AC. He was here a year ago and resusitated my air bought me some time. But now my compressor finally gave out after all these years. Finally it was time to install a new AC that was complaint with the 2026 changes. Thank god he was honest and advised me that installing a new compressor for my existing AC would be cheaper but it was going to be discontinued and that the Freon was changing by 2026.
